Heather June Tosser
Ms. Toser has been creating art for many, many moons. From an early age she was taught the value of handmade, and learned to hand sew from her mother. She likes working with circles and other basic shapes in her designs and mobiles. She has a love affair with bright colors and nearly all types of textures.
