The GAA aims to serve the Village of Grayslake through a variety of creative outlets, and charitable endeavors. Do I have to live in Grayslake to join?Absolutely not! – The GAA consists of members from all over Illinois, including Gurnee, Round Lake, McHenry, Fox Lake, Cary, Waukegan, and more. Do I have to be an artist to join?Not at all! – The GAA invites business owners, patrons of the arts, as well as new artists, pursuing artists, or active artists to join the organization. What type of art does the GAA accept?The GAA welcomes all forms of art, including but not limited to: acrylics, oils, watercolors, colored pencils, inks, photography, print making, digital illustrations, ceramics, installations, sculptures, textiles, as well as the written and performing arts, such as poetry, novels, dance, music, and theatre. |
